Thanks. I imagine older diesel RV’s could be (or maybe already are) on the chopping block too, in CA, since the diesel RV’s manufactured without DEF all precede sometime in year 2010. I don’t know if they are already outlawed. But I do know one reason older (higher-end) diesel RV’s are still popular is because they don’t have expensive DEF systems - if the DEF management computer system goes out it might be months to repair because of parts scarcity, and the system is difficult or impossible to bypass.
These people are absolutely insane.
“Diesel exhaust is responsible for 70% of the cancer risk from airborne toxics,” CARB states on its site.”
Assuming that’s true, does this risk affect 1 in 1,000,000? 1 in 100,000,000? Are diesel exhaust related bodies stacking up at the morgue right now? Does any hard data exist, or is this more leftist lunacy like global warming? Or cooling? Or whatever.
Has California also banned other airborne carcinogens and health risks like smoking?
What about banning alcohol? Shut down the Napa Valley wineries, they’re clearly an industrial level contributor to DWI related deaths.
No, I guess the ruling class in its unquestionable wisdom knows what is best for the peasants. Greta will be so proud, and that’s what matters most. /Barf
