Oddly enough, I had a buddy that lost an eye back in 1970 in a Marine training accident. He wore a glass eye, hard to tell.

Recently, the four-year-old granddaughter of a friend tragically lost an eye to cancer. She wears a glass eye that is virtually undetectable.

There is only one reason for that eyepatch - showboating.
