So, I am now watching the opening session of the U.S. House of Representative. First order of business is the election of a Speaker of the House. I've got my popcorn.

If trends are any indication, McCarthy will be elected, with Democratic support.
We should all hope that doesn’t happen, but that would be another in your face indication of where the country is heading, which may be just what they want.
