In a court filing, former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried asked to redact the names of the co-signers to his $250 million bail. The filing said the U.S. government has not taken a position on the request and that it's being done to protect the privacy and safety of the sureties. The filing said the two remaining sureties have yet to sign their individual bonds, the amounts of which have not yet been determined, but plan to do so by the Thursday deadline. "In recent weeks, Mr. Bankman-Fried's parents have become the target of intense media scrutiny, harassment, and threats.

Isn’t that the truth?! It’s already “old news” and I suspect all those involved will quietly get probation and a fine (if anything) and that will be that. The politicians will keep their millions of dollars which appears to be taxpayer money laundered through Ukraine.

I had done some research on prior posts as to the likely cosigners. There were two or three potentials from the mothers group.
There are groups monitoring this and looked pretty active so hopefully they have a bone they won’t let go.
Even if this doesn’t go to criminal trial, the head of the bankruptcy is aggressive based on prior history.
The parents are in it deep.

Agree. It even rises to the top with SBF meeting with Biden’s office (code for Biden). They will bury this like Hunter’s crimes.
