True! However the initial Bolshevik Revolution was an atheist, feminist, hedonistic, homosexual movement. It’s where the term, “commie pinko fag” came from in English vernacular. Immediately after the 1917 Revolution, millions of men and women left their families for jobs and orgies in the big cities. Mass starvation resulted across the Russia. Herbert Hoover became the savior of the Russian people. Bolshevik leadership recognized the existential danger of homosexuality and passed laws prohibiting it.

Stalin had no patience for deviants in his Soviet Union, and the Soviet leadership after that didn’t care for it either. If you were openly gay in the USSR you got a one way ticket to forced labor. Transgendered persons ended up in psychiatric wards in the USSR. And obviously that carries into current Russia (Commie Putin). Same goes for the Chinese Communist Party.
