Anyone paying attention has known this from day one. The more you rely on the tech in a vehicle, the more you’re enslaved by it.
Incidentally, I predict printable step by step instructions on decoupling technical components from modern ICEs will become popular. I’ve already started investigating it for my 2017 F150

Just because you are paranoid doesn’t mean they are not all out to get you. Those things can be mutually exclusive.
The problem is not being paranoid enough.
Remember the reserve currency of the world is the US petrol dollar. Anything that is done to damage the oil industry also damages the dollar. Evs are a win win for the communists
