it just doesn’t appear , that after multitudes of suits in multiple states and courts, that the judiciary is going to remedy the problem
its boots on the ground getting in their faces, about cleaning out the the corruption on a precinct by precinct level and about electing legislators that will enact laws protecting their constituents from disenfranchisement of their vote.
the problem is that after decades of neglect, many states have such poor legislative protections of the civil rights of their voters votes that the courts really have “nothing”to rule on
