yes, Russia was still selling a lot of O & G to Europe in the first half of the year
but that changed dramatically on Sept. 1st when Putin spitefully cut off all NG flows, “until the sanctions stop” [NOTE - a clear admission that the sanctions are hurting!] ... Russia’s NG flows have been zero since
then oil imports were cut off Dec. 5th ... so the last 4 months of 2022 present a very different picture from the first 8
and now 2023 is a continuation of the last few months ... Russia is losing $50 billion every month
