The moral culpability of the perpetrator of attempted murder is the same as that of a murderer. That the child in this case was not killed by a train was due entirely to the bravery of a bystander. If the perp intended death to occur, she should be penalized as if it had.

Animals, maybe. The only bug stuff I’ve seen on the WEF is meal worms. Protein, ground and added to feed for critters. Possibility of the same for starving folks, like a protein shake powder. How it went from that to what it is in some minds is crazy paranoia.
