And the joke behind the quote was that he was told that as far as the law was concerned his wife was under his control.

There were verbal threats against them though the question is whether they rose to a chargeable level.
This judge is just a leftist little prick and may get her judicial ass reamed if her order is appealed.
A large criminally trespassing, boisterous mob with things in their hands sounds like a threat to me.
Can this judge be censured or impeached?
