There's a new day coming as sure as you're born!
There's a new day coming! Start tooting your horn!
The lillys, elephant ears and periwinkles died but everything else seems to have survived. The upside is that they shall return in the Spring. ;-)
They leave Sunday evening to go back to Texas. Today they finished their shopping for things to take home.

My neighbors have been doing all my snow shoveling for me which I'm grateful for.
Another year almost over, I'm sure 2023 will be a better year for both of us.
OK, don't party too hearty tomorrow night! 😂😂
Glad to hear it didn’t get cold enough for you to lose them permanently.
I have a feeling some things here are lost. I didn’t think to protect anything. I was more concerned about the house and the well houses to think about plants.
Good evening, ML...((HUGS))... do you still have snow? Warming up after the big storm?
We had a warm up and now the city is covered in ice. I need to wear my spikies to make it out on my deck.
Good evening, radu...thanks for the tunes.
Are you all over the cold weather? Any warm weather yet?
Yikes! More snow already? You’d said some was in the forecast but I didn’t realize it was so soon.
Slip-slidin’ to the grocery store couldn’t have been fun.
It’s nice to have great neighbors to help out. You do NOT need to lay hands on a shovel any time soon.
I intend to have a good time at the party tomorrow night BUT I’ll do it sober. LOL No alcohol for me, thankyouverymuch.
And that reminds me - - I have pimento cheese to slap together so it’ll have time to blend overnight. Guess I should hop to it.
He did GOOD getting that much done. That’s a lot of snow. I hope he managed to stay dry this time.
I’m glad they were able to get up there for a bit and visit you a couple of times while they’re in town. I know you enjoy seeing Ashlie any time you can.
I hope they don’t have trouble getting out of there Sunday. I understand some UGLY weather is due by then.
1st!!
2nd!!
Your welcome for the tunes. Peter’s smooth jazz style is nice and relaxing. I saw him in concert in NC several years ago and the show was fabulous.
We’re enjoying a nice break from winter for several days but it will start moving back in next week. Not arctic cold like last weekend but typical winter temps for this time of year.
3rd!!
Honorable Mention!!
Good evening, Mayor, and thank you for today’s sustenance for body and soul.
Hope you are getting LOTS of rest and staying warm.
Hi, Janey...((HUGS))...when do you have to go pick up your travelers?
Enjoy your chat, luvie.
