Yep. These people are brutal and bloodthirsty. I see some of them wishing slow, torturous and painful deaths on their enemies, too, such as Russian soldiers.
There are people in positions of power who are very evil and even those I don’t wish slow and painful deaths on. A quick, clean hanging maybe, but people wishing torturous deaths on people makes them just as bad as, if not worse, than their enemies.
