The drinking age in Idaho was 19 until April 1987. Then it went to 21. It was never 20. I know this because I was pissed off I missed the grandfather clause, but my friends a year older than me made it.
I have been following. Very odd. Police fighting with Vic’s family, roommates very in bed, etc...The best I can surmise at this point is that they have some type of DNA found at the crime scene. It matched some family member of the suspect. Sorta similar to the Golden Gate Killer.

A bar owner/manager in PA gave an interview. He states that the suspect came in all the time and the female workers as well as customers had complained about the things he would say to them, he was confronted by the manager.
The night of the murders, the “leaked” street surveillance camera picked up a conversation between the two female victims the. Ishtar do the murders, where one gal said, “I told Adam everything”. ADAM was the bartender/manager at the bar where they hung out and had just left . I am thinking she told Adam they had been harassed, even followed before by this guy. Adam probably told police, which put the suspect on the radar.

Just thinking it presents a pattern of his personality and behavior with women. Another interesting thing, one of the first traits that came out is he is OCD VEGAN. A reporter googled area vegan restaurants in Moscow the first and highest rated was The Mad Greek restaurant, where two of the victims worked. Something early in the investigation, before genetic testing results, had to have tipped the police off and I believe it is his aggressive and creepy behavior with these women.
