A homosexual will tell you that they were born that way. God made them homosexual, apparently. They cannot be changed. It would be offensive to suggest that some medical professional might “fix” them to make them the way they “should be”. No counseling, thanks: they’re fine.
A transgender will tell you that they were born the wrong sex. God made a mistake, apparently. They would like to change. It would be hateful to deny them access to medical professionals who can fix them and make them the way they should be. Surgery please, and lots of medicine: you owe them that.
Yeah, there is a fundamental disconnect there, and the basic “It’s not a choice” philosophy that homosexuals have pushed for 50+ years is under threat.
I’m pretty sure I was born lesbian.
Heck, I even married a woman!
And then two years later they commit suicide.
