Would that judge be making a ruling based on the Constitution? Maybe his problem is with the Constitution.

Actually this would save a lot of time, money and aggravation if these cases went straight to the SCOTUS.

BIDEN NEVER HAD the power & STILL DOES NOT have such.

ONLY the HOUSE in Congress can make such adjustments.

Biden has been ruling the USA by EO’s & Congress hasn’t halted him.

This issue worked well for the Dems in the 2022 elections and you’ll see it again in 2024.

Notice how they included the DC Courts because Obama stacked them full of his people and they know how DC Juries work. Those other people in fly-over Country don’t know what is best for them.

"This begs an important question: How can a lone Trump Obama-appointed judge in Texas Hawaii, through a single opinion, overturn the Biden Trump administration's meticulously planned executive order in all 50 states?"

Why is he complaining about a Trump appointed judge?

Obama/Clinton appointed judges have done much worse. Emmet Sullivan in the D.C District court is one of them.

“A demented diaper sniffing, mail order ‘president’ from Delaware in the District of Corruption should not have the ‘ability’ to force millions of hard-working American taxpayers to subsidize student loan deadbeats, many of them having no business being anywhere near a college campus.”

While the judge’s decision is Constitutionally correct, I do agree that judges should have extremely limited power in any actions outside of their jurisdiction.

If this judge doesn’t have nationwide jurisdiction, then how does he have jurisdiction over a case that’s nationwide? Did a court that actually has that jurisdiction relegate the case to him? What these judges should be doing in cases like this is immediately kicking them higher to the next court, and on until it reaches a court that actually has the jurisdiction to properly hear the case.
