Russian forces stepped up mortar and artillery attacks on the recently liberated city of Kherson in southern Ukraine on Wednesday, Ukraine's military said, while also exerting pressure along frontlines in the east.
Russia fired 33 missiles from multiple rocket launchers at civilian targets in Kherson in the 24 hours to early Wednesday, the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces said in its morning report. Russia denies targeting civilians.
Heavy fighting also persisted around the Ukrainian-held city of Bakhmut, now largely in ruins, in the eastern province of Donetsk, and to its north, around the cities of Svatove and Kreminna in Luhansk province, where Ukrainian forces are trying to break Russian defensive lines.

But RuZZia has been running out of missiles every month since February!!!
“Russian forces stepped up mortar and artillery attacks on the recently liberated city of Kherson”
“Liberated” LOL!!!
These missiles were launched last February, however their extremely advanced evasive flight path delayed their arrival at the target until this morning.
They mean liberated from the grid.
Ukraine attacks an airbase in russia from which bombers launch missles into Ukraine.
Russia responds by bombing a maternity hospital in Ukraine. Par for the course, for those cunts.
“civilian” targets...
Utter waste of rockets. There isn’t a universe in which Russia tries to recross the Dnipro to retake Kherson. Any bridges that remain would be blown first.
Isn’t it odd that everything the Ukes are ( and have been) doing to Donetsk, is now being mirrored as happening in Russian-claimed Kherson, by “ Russia”.
Even down to attacks on maternity hospitals? And conveniently just in time to bolster Uke demands for ATACMs, and demands for “ war crimes” tribunals vs Russia only of course, as a prerequisite for UN peace talks.
That wiley Russian Commander General Armageddon not only has grad rockets to spare for being in range to hit soft civilian targets in a city Russia plans to eventually reoccupy, but also the genius strategic timing to stoke Uke claims of outrage at Russian brutality for hitting civilians and demands to the world to try Russia for war crimes.
Isn’t it odd.
like fish in a barrel
I think Russia’s just killing whomever is in the field as their artillery is out of ammo and they really can’t advance as they’d get HIMARSed.
The Ukrainians have pooled almost half of their army into Bakmut and are rotating as they get shelled. Eventually they run out of people.
What a pointless waste of human life, but the WEF got the population reduction and Ukrainian prostitutes they want.
The Ukrainians have claimed they evacuated civilians for the winter starting in November, so everything that moves in Kherson should be a target. The Russian tactic of a strategic withdrawal just so they could obliterate any force attempting to reoccupy seems to work.
Yep, thus my "Shoe, other foot" remark.
I’m still not sure exactly what the Russians are doing, however I suspect it is possible to run out of Ukrainians.
Something to follow and be aware of...
Former Pres. of Russia...Dmitry Medvedev....has been ‘officially’ appointed head of the ‘Russian Military Complex’....indicating to some he might be Putins successor when the time comes. Putin has said he wants to step down by the next election.
ALso Considering the meeting recently between China’s XI with Medvedev could indicate they’re lining things up to see who will replace Putin when he retires.
Here’s hoping plenty of Ukraine attacks are under way deep inside Russia.
‘Surrealistic’ view of the battle for Bakhmut from a moving van.....
Scroll down three for the video.....looks like something out out of a war movie battle......
But the consensus here is Russia is running out of weapons and soldiers to fire weapons.
Keep dreaming.
