Judge Todd Edelman had been nominated to serve on the U.S. District Court of Washington
President Biden's nominee for District of Columbia District Court, who once released a man later involved in the murder of a 10-year-old, failed to get enough votes to clear the Judiciary Committee. So, his nomination will expire with the end of the 117th Congress.
President Biden nominated Judge Todd Edelman in September to serve on the U.S. District Court of Washington, D.C. Edelman currently sits on the district's Superior Court, where he presided over a case involving Christian Wingfield.
Wingfield was awaiting trial for illegal possession of a firearm when Edelman released Wingfield with a GPS monitoring ankle bracelet.

A bit of good news.
These judges and parole board members need to be held responsible for the release of these dirt bags back into society. There is no repercussion of any kind when they make these decisions and there needs to be.
Who writes these headlines? The Senate refused to confirm the judge.
And Biden is probably upset, saying “come on man!”
democrat judges are the enemy, folks.

Any judge that does not follow the law, does not need to be a judge. Period. When judges are making up their own “laws” or judging with their “emotions” they need to be taken off the bench!
A few judicial impeachment scalps every year would work wonders.
