Intensive care units are turning away ambulances, relatives of sick people are searching for open beds, and patients are slumped on benches in hospital corridors and lying on floors for a lack of beds.
*** Over two days, Associated Press journalists visited five hospitals and two crematoriums in towns and small cities in Baoding and Langfang prefectures, in central Hebei province.
....life in central Hebei’s emergency wards and crematoriums is anything but normal. Even as the young go back to work and lines at fever clinics shrink, many of Hebei’s elderly are falling into critical condition. It could be a harbinger of what’s to come for the rest of China.
The Chinese government has reported only seven COVID-19 deaths since restrictions were loosened dramatically on Dec. 7, bringing the country’s total toll to 5,241. On Tuesday, a Chinese health official said that China only counts deaths from pneumonia or respiratory failure in its official COVID-19 death toll.
Experts have forecast between a million and 2 million deaths in China next year, and the World Health Organization warned that Beijing’s way of counting would “underestimate the true death toll.”
At Baoding No. 2 Hospital in Zhuozhou on Wednesday, patients thronged the hallway of the emergency ward. The sick were breathing with the help of respirators. One woman wailed after doctors told her that a loved one had died.
At the Zhuozhou crematorium, furnaces are burning overtime as workers struggle to cope with a spike in deaths in the last week, according to one employee. A funeral shop worker estimated it is burning 20 to 30 bodies a day, up from three to four before COVID-19 measures were loosened.

Los Angeles Times and whole mainstream media still continuously doing scaremongering to sell the unnecessary and dangerous Covid-19 shot, they want more people kill by the Covid-19 shots.
I think the key to this story....a bunch of folks have colds, flu, or Covid....with the Covid tests applied, and the tests are giving mostly a false positive.
I noticed around a year ago....some German university had tested the Covid tests (various Chinese companies) and some of them were ‘false-positive’ more than 50-percent of the time.
What you have then, is a bunch of folks who are scared, and getting treated in various ways for something that they don’t really have. If you were in fragile health, the treatments might be enough to harm you more.
Have you noticed that all the commercials for Covid shots/boosters is missing what every other pharmaceutical commercial is required to have . . . description of and warnings about side effects?
When humans are not ruled by their own consciences, needs, loyalties, and affections, but are ruled by faceless state bureaucrats, their lives lose all value.
If insanity is a disconnection with reality and/or one's own humanity, what is it when the state demands and forces such a disconnection.

Yes, the clips that played, over and over on every news broadcast were obviously produced. The China falling man was ridiculous. When people typically collapse their legs buckle and they collapse straight down. Falling man tried to do a face plant but at the last moment, right before he hit the ground his arm comes up to break the fall. Someone loosing consciousness or dying would not do that. Someone trying to fake it and can’t control their instinctive reactions would.

If you've got more tools than you need, toss a bunch of 'em in the trash bin. And if those extra tools are a drain on the system, make 'em disappear even faster.
All that said though, the human organs on those tools are worth big money. I'll bet they have an eye on that potential as they cull their herd.

Isolation (Lockdowns) do not work.
The healthy are prevented from getting their non-severe infections and developing their natural immunity. Lockdowns end and the vulnerable are more vulnerable.
