Bending over backwards trying to be objective, I still find it quite easy for any judge, hearing admitted errors of misfigured ballots and chain of custody violations, to order a re-vote, or a jury trial at minimum.
An appeal may yet find one who sees and says the people’s vote have not been accurately recorded.
Mitch was the one that told people candidate quality matters. Some people just didn’t want to hear it because of the messenger.
Ruling doesn’t address how the first ballot scans failed if it was the techs later in the morning who changed the printer setting.

I honestly don't know the details, but this is troubling if this indeed was her legal team's tactic. Why push the "intentional" angle? If the system, even unintentionally had enough provable issues to alter the results of the slim Hobbs victory, then go with that and that only. I watched a Lowder with Crowder post election interview with Lake and he cautioned her on this tactic due to his own experiences in lawsuits.
