The sad part is better lawyers could have won this one. Lake’s lawyers made two mistakes in this case.

1) They alleged thousands of Lake voters decided not to vote because of the chaos on Election Day, but there was not a single affidavit from such a voter.

2) They said the county violated chain of custody documentation rules, but then admitted those documents existed but had not been disclosed. They should have demanded disclosure of those documents.

I doubt it would have mattered, the deep state judges have a pre-determined script.
