Heard on Howie Carr’s radio show the Jan 2022 date was a typo on the legal document. The date was supposed to be Dec 2022. (Is there a proofreader in the house!?)

The judges are picked at random. Nothing nefarious. The idea that a “republican” judge wouldn’t have sealed the pleas until Bankman-Fraud was in custody is silly. The prosecution asked for it. Defendants agreed. And the importance of having Bankman-Fraud in custody was extremely important. Not everything in this world is conspiracy against Freepers.
