Of course, you do realize that NATO hasn't committed a single first line tank, first line APC, or first line combat aircraft to the Ukraine War, right? And despite that, the Russians have been losing ground since
May.
Regardless of what ends up happening in this war, It is clear that Russia's conventional military was wildly overestimated, and would have been absolutely torn apart in a war with NATO. We saw in the Gulf War and again in the invasion of Iraq what happened when a Soviet trained and equipped army went up against US forces in a conventional war, and it wasn't pretty. This war has confirmed that verdict.

When you acknowledge that as a baseline for further discussion, come back to me for your weekly kick in the vag.

They claimed the Iraqis were operating monkey model export versions. Given what they’re seeing today, I gotta wonder what foreign customers for Russian gear are thinking about the stuff in their inventory. I understand most of those customers purchased their equipment for internal security rather than warding off invaders. Pax Americana has really dialed down any need for a robust military. Even so, the Russian invasion has demonstrated that a determined foreign invader can destroy a ton of your infrastructure using just artillery, tank and mortar shells if not stopped at the border.
