I am not surprised at all. 20 years ago I was in London and a street preacher was shouting out the Gospel near Kings Cross Railway Station. It was hit and run witnessing. He gave the message quickly then ran. Not 30 seconds later police were on the scene. Now there would be no escape given the amount of CCTV cameras there.
