So the question is, what remedies are legally available for Ms. Lake? Can the Governor-elect be impeached for this? Are there enough votes in the House/Senate to accomplish this? If so, can there be a new election before the expiry of the term?
Does this mean anything other than the Demonrats cheated? Any consequences at all?

The remedy is a new election. There’s precedent in Arizona for this.
But the standard should not be fraud. Simply showing there were enough “ bad” ballots to have affected the outcome should be enough.
It’s a mistake to let them raise the bar to show proof of fraud.

Someone posted AZ law yesterday. There’s no option for conducting a new election. But if there was fraud, the loser (Kari) becomes Governor.
