Tucker Carlson called out Texas governor Greg Abbott for reneging on certain promises he made to secure the border during the general election against Beto O’Rourke.
“El Paso wasn’t like this just a few years ago. Ask anyone who went there,” Carlson noted during Monday’s edition of his TV show. “The question is, why isn’t the state of Texas stopping this? Where’s the Texas National Guard?”
“A few months ago, Greg Abbott, the governor, was running for office,” Carlson noted. “He was running against Beto O’Rourke, and he was willing to say anything to get re-elected. He was willing to lie and apparently he did.”

Carlson reminded viewers, “He said he’d deploy 10,000 troops to the border. Oh, but he hasn’t. He just revised it to 5,000 troops. And then he came up with another solution: just bus thousands of migrants to other states, which is kind of funny. It makes for an amusing cable news segment. But it’s still our country, isn’t it? And none of these people are ever leaving.”
“This is an invasion of our country,” Carlson said. “We don’t have a border and Greg Abbott could stop it, and he isn’t. Why isn’t the Texas National Guard stopping this? We can’t answer that question.”
“We’d love to have Greg Abbott come on and tell us,” the Fox News host added.
“But because Texas isn’t securing the border, the rest of the country is also overrun with people from foreign countries who have no right to be here and whose identity we don’t know,’ Carlson continued. “At exactly the moment, we do not need a larger population as our economy moves south.”
He was supposed to send in the Guard last February.....

We see the potential burden and problems with unchecked immigration and open borders, not to mention the lawlessness of it all. Liberals look at it with rose colored glasses (and a flood of new voters for their party). Trust me, they don’t see the consequences that are obvious to us.

So who pays for all the funerals of thousands dead from the fentanyl flooding over the border into the country? Who pays for the medical and treatment of those lucky enough to survive? Who pays for the police who at least get a sliver of it out of circulation? Who pays for the care of the trafficked children? Who pays for the food and housing of those not employable, even at the slave/sweat house wages that are the only wages most can get?
Who pays for the continuing degradation of America so the Neocon “captains of industry” with their fascist government deals can get their cheap, pliable labor?

Here is the point - how many illegals entered the country during GWBush admin by iself? And how many under Biden alone? The fact is the problem has exploded under Biden, not by accident but inttentionally.
Those lying SOB’s in D.C. should be made to criminally pay for this epic open border violence and lawlessness, which has left the American landscape covered with American victims. All produced and directed by the lying scum in D.C.

He has plenty to lose, plenty that can be taken from him and his family by the ruling junta in America. There are a lot of such people in office…almost all of them, in fact…getting wealthy by position. They will go along and only put up a show of opposition- Bread and Circuses - they will never push it so far as to force the ruling junta to remove them. It’s how the American game is played.

You are using the same argument that the left uses against the death penalty. In both instances, the argument is logically fallacious. We don't live a risk free world.
Stopping does not equal forbidding entry, they are only redirecting the traffic to a designated entry port, they still come in. These clowns are very good at making something bad sound not bad.
Well for sure they get a cell phone and a bunch of other goodies that taxpayers are thrilled to pay for.
