- The mother is 69.

- Two friends of the son went to the house and witnessed what happened.

- The son fled in the mother’s car and picked up his girlfriend.

- When he crashed the car, he and his girlfriend tried to flee on foot.

(The story’s being reported now, but it happened a few weeks ago.)
