The names of the individuals are irrelevant. They are all likely dead. This is about protecting the CIA as an institution. If there was proof that the CIA as an institution was responsible for orchestrating the JFK assassination, the CIA would be lucky to survive. It would be exposed as a rogue institution beyond the power of democratic oversight and there would be a political consensus that it had to go.
That is why the current CIA still want the truth hidden, even though nobody at the CIA today had any personal involvement in those events.
