Who appointed the judge(s) that made this ruling?

Allen said in a press release that only a small portion — about $5 million of McDonald’s $1.6 billion annual advertising budget — goes to Black-owned media and that the company has “refused to advertise” on his networks, which include the Weather Channel and Comedy.TV. So who says they have to?
The guy is just a money grubber.

I suggest all black peoples just boycott McDs. Maybe they’ll even lose a few pounds.

It’s been about 27 years since Mentor went live for McDonald’s where they tracked advertising spending and other significant actions against revenues and margins for all their products nationwide in the USA. Based on this data, they decided for several years to stop advertising in the Super Bowl.
I have no idea if McDonald’s still uses Mentor. At the time they spent over 10 million building this software. But they kept piling money into it to be a super system because of the over 600 million per annum they were spending on USA advertising. I can’t imagine that they are less data savvy today.

P.S. McDonald’s really liked advertising in the Super Bowl. Their reasoning for stopping was due to how expensive the ads were and they felt they could get better ROI elsewhere.

The Malibu mansion is the latest addition to Allen’s expanding real estate portfolio. According to The Reporter, Allen’s homes in Los Angeles, New York, Aspen, Colorado and Maui, Hawaii are valued at more than $500 million. His two Beverly Hills residences, which sit on neighboring estates, are valued at a combined $32 million.

You make an assumption that the purpose of advertising is to create customers.
At one time that was true but I don’t think so anymore based on observations.
The current purpose of too many companies is wokeness.

Suppose McDonald's really did decide that they didn't want to advertise on the Negro Networks. What law would be broken?
None.

They would sue later for making darkies too fat.
Ignoring them is best practice.

"McDonald’s takes billions from African American consumers and gives almost nothing back."
He forgot to include all of the repairs from the damage they 'accomplish' every night (and sometimes daytime too) all across the USA with their "rage" and "World Star" incidents.
Also, what about any and all non-back businesses that are not advertised on BET and/or whatever other black channels there are...

Watch a bunch of TV commercials that McDonalds makes. Tell me the race/sex makeup of the majority of the actors and actresses. Case dismissed.

I used to watch the channel for Local on the 8’s. It was full screen and usefu!. Then they added a lot of original programming and the local weather became a small print crawl in the bottom of the screen, or it got skipped entirely.
I can get small print weather on my phone a lot easier. I Greensburg forgot why people watched the channel.
If course, Stephanie in the early morning was also a reason to watch.

I can’t stand McDonalds because they don’t market to Scots. What’s with that? I’m 50% Scottish ancestry. Should I sue?
