Drug addicts should suck on the barrel of a large caliber pistol... It would save tons of money.
there’s a lot of innocent kids that get sucked in along the way, thru peer pressure plus depressing environments (which makes people not care about themselves)

or
“what, are you afraid to get high” etc.
too many innocents dying ... we just snuck beers and smoked joints and thought that was rebelious
