Very possible that they would be building a case for LHO to be the fall guy and this would add to that. I can see that as a possibility.

Walker lived in Highland Park, a very upscale section of Dallas. The shot was fired at night, from the alley behind the house. Seems pretty risky.

if LHO shot at walker, and killed a moving human target from 80 yards, why did he miss a stationary target? and why did he shoot through a brick wall? and why was the bullet never conclusively matched to Oswald’s rifle? Why did Walker deny that the bullet in possession of the authorities was the bullet from his assassination attempt?
