You are correct the OlLine Rebel, words have meaning.

Thus what is being said is that all 45,000 NFT (non fungible tokens) have a value, collectively, of 500,000.

Thus 500,000 / 45,000 places the value of each individual NFT @ $11.1111111..... Like any gamble, they may have future values that make the purchase either very savvy, or not so savvy. Time will tell. 🙂
