From a Catholic doctrinal perspective, the rule you’ve laid down is certainly incorrect.

From a practical perspective, based on decades of experience, and real-world example after real-world example of offending priests, exceptions to this rule don’t appear.

To One Guy, this seems to show that individuals of this stripe have, over one or more decades, descended into insanity to the point where perpetually at war with God the Father, commenced worshipping themselves exclusively, and, strangely, purged themselves of the ability to imagine a world in which their aberrant behavior can’t ultimately be justified. Seemingly without exception, their brains are on fire with the darkest forms of evil. It must be true that they require formal exorcism, followed by a life devoid of young men or boys and perpetually devoted to prayer and penance.
