In situations where there are ads mixed in with the article, you can’t just copy and paste the whole thing. You’ve got to copy and paste each part of the article separately.
It’s a bit of a pain.
My mistake was using Brave browser to post. I could not see the ads when posting because Brave filtered them out. When I open it in Firefox I now see them.
