Regardless, prosecutors are claiming that FTX and Sam Bankman-Fried made millions in ‘illegal’ campaign contributions—this is aside from the money transparently given mostly to Democrats.
SBF gave money to both sides of the political establishment; however, reports indicate that he was a Democrat mega-donor.
His recent arrest has prompted many to wonder if the establishment is attempting to keep him from Congressional questioning via testimony he agreed to give.

This whole "Donor" class thing or whoever has the most money wins, sucks. That's no way to run a country or elections. Breeds corruption like nothing else.
A lot of dems should be indicted as well as the main perp.
Seems obvious to me that politicians received stolen money and since records are kept of donations it is incumbent upon them to return it to the investors.
Donations SHOULD absolutely go back to the investors, they are talking about giving it to charities, these NGO’’s are as corrupt as the politicians, NO WAY the

The list at your link seems to be very comprehensive.
Looks like small donations(2K-5K) were sprinkled pretty evenly over both D & R--but once into the millions the heavy bucks go to the Dems--and a RINO or two.

So the fair thing to do would be to publish names and amounts and prosecute each an every one of them, democrat and republican. But that won't happen with the lopsided justice system that we have now.

I saw an interview at the WSJ where he claimed to have made most of his Republican donations via the "dark web".
Smells like BS, they may be dumb but not that dumb.

SDNY handling the Sam Bankman Fried prosecution is all you need to know. You’ll recall LA prosecutors arrested Konnech’s CEO Eugene Yu for data sent to Chinese servers and everyone was excited. Then, just as quickly, they released him and dropped the charges.
Look for SDNY to soil the evidence, the prosecution or both.
