Seems obvious to me that politicians received stolen money and since records are kept of donations it is incumbent upon them to return it to the investors.
Donations SHOULD absolutely go back to the investors, they are talking about giving it to charities, these NGO’’s are as corrupt as the politicians, NO WAY the
money goes back to the people who were swindled!!!
