that’ll make the subways safe for sure....
Do nothing dizzy bitch
Just like they outlawed the words government accountability.
Such important shi*.
non-citizen sounds worse than alien to me. Whatever. It’s all meaningless BS.
Long overdue to deport Hochul to a foreign country where they’ll make it very clear that she’s an alien there.
Progress!
Wouldn’t want to alienate the non-citizens.
Why are they here? Oh yeah, most of them broke the law and entered the country illegally.
Instead of alienating, we should unite them with our prison population and/or their home country.
“Gov. Kathy Hochul signs bill replacing ‘alien’ with ‘noncitizen’ in NYS law”
How about replacing the word Governor with Dictator?
This changes everything.
Pablum for the infantile liberals.
I guess wetback is out.
So, an illegal alien is now called an illegal noncitizen?
I’m OK with that, as long as they don’t change the word, illegal.
I remember the time we lived in the Philippines and were in line at the local Municipal Building to register for our annual “Certificate of Alien Registration.” That was shortly after our kids had watched “E T”. Our oldest son was paying attention to what we were doing, and got a strange look on his face. “Mom, are WE aliens? Are we like ET?” He was greatly distressed at first, but it was a perfect opportunity to explain to him some rules of life and the meaning of living as foreigners in another country. We were legal, but we still had to register and were aliens.
Not very good reporting by the New York Post. She did far worse than replacing "alien" with "noncitizen". That wouldn't be so bad to have the term "illegal noncitizen". I'm not a fan of the term "alien" because in modern language it brings to mind something from outerspace.
But that's not what she did. She's replacing "illegal alien" with "undocumented noncitizen", leaving out the part of it being illegal altogether.
redefining words via government edict = newspeak
This has been on my radar for decades. I’ve always thought it was funny that “people of color” is good, but “colored people” is bad.
I recently made a joke on a hi-fi site talking about the new craze in colored vinyl records. I ended a sentence with “...colored records - I mean, records of color”. It was considered hate speech on the site. 🤣🤣🤣
Surrounded by eejits. 😋
Wait, does this make Hillary a non-citizen? Has this been approved by the Lizards and the Grays?
guess nobody ever told Hoochie that a Rose, is a Rose...
