Another FR thread today claims Russia's weaponry supply is 'rapidly dwindling'.

I have an idea - henceforth, anything the US takes in for taxes, we just send ALL of it right over to Zelensky. We just ask Zelensky to let us know when he has enough, so that we know when to stop.
