NBC anchor Chuck Todd said Sunday on “Meet the Press” that the January 6 House Select Committee issuing a criminal referral for former President Donald Trump could “add negatively to the political stew.”
Todd said, “The January 6 committee is likely to issue some criminal referrals to Justice, they say. Without getting, we don’t want to prejudge that, but of the committee, what you saw and what the committee has produced, do you think they have made their case against Donald Trump?”
Former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said, “It is not their role to make a criminal case.”

A large part of the public knows a one-sided persecution when they see it and most don’t like the unfairness of those in power abusing it. This could all work to make Trump a more sympathetic figure.
I know a surgeon who has personally saved more than a thousand lives. With his keen mind, education, discipline, and highly-trained hands he has added tens of millions of hours of living to the people of the region in which I live.
Then there’s Chuck Todd. What has he accomplished.
Criminal referral for what exactly? “Go home peacefully” is what he reportedly said. They are just going to give the corrupt Garland more ammo. Sick of Democrats!

Oh, brilliant ... I guess that means Congressional committee writes up some papers, puts the words “criminal referral” in the documents with no real facts that would stand up in court of law, send it to their party-members over at the DOInj, who then go out and manufactures a case for them. Even if the DOInj loses in the courts after months and years, no problem ... the roaches keep their jobs, their pensions, have 100% media backing and most importantly they successfully bogged down their target with legal fees, slander, and libel for years... and some become tv guests, or college professors.
Yes, they could be problematic, especially if they’re based on falsified evidence. As the FBI would say “been there, done that “.
