As you and I both know, the neighborhoods in Miami Dade County which are liveable are very very nice but come at a price. North County (especially Carol City, Miami Gardens, Opa Locka, even the city of North Miami itself) are some of the scariest hoods I have even been through in this country.

Florida public schools are horrible to mediocre compared to other states which is why the state still has problems getting companies to relocate. Districts are county-wide which means you will always get some hood rats in the local public schools - unlike NY or NJ where schools are limited to whoever can afford to live in a given town.
