The District Court in Tel Aviv convicted, based on his confession, the terrorist Muhammad Bani Odeh [محمد بني عودة] of a terrorist act of attempted murder after he decided, out of a nationalist-ideological motive, to murder Jews, wherever they were, by stabbing them with a knife.
As part of the plea agreement signed between the parties, Bani Odeh admitted the facts of the original indictment filed against him, from which it appears that on November 21, 2021 he armed himself with a knife, entered Israel illegally and arrived in Tel Aviv-Yafo with the intention of murdering Jews.
After the accused located the couple of the complainants who were walking on Bat-Yam Street in Tel Aviv, the accused clung to the partner's back and stabbed him in the back, neck and chest while he was trying to defend himself from Odah's men with his hands. As a result of the actions of Bnei Odeh, the spouse was moderately injured and hospitalized.
As part of the settlement, Attorney Rotem Neuman Wasserman, from the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, requested that the defendant be sentenced to 20.5 years in prison, probation and compensation to the victim, as agreed between the parties.
In the footage from the attack, the terrorist is seen walking from the direction of the sea and following the man and his wife, residents of Bat Yam. At some point the terrorist pulls out a knife and starts stabbing the 67-year-old man over and over again, then flees on foot to a nearby mosque.
The investigation by the police and Shin Bet revealed that the terrorist left the town of Tamon, near Nablus, and traveled that day to Jaffa, where he previously worked as a dishwasher in a restaurant without a residence permit in Israel.
Upon his arrival in Jaffa, the terrorist went to the beach near the restaurant where he worked, and then spotted the couple walking and followed them with a knife hidden on his body that he had equipped ahead of time. The terrorist escaped after stabbing the man and was captured inside the mosque less than an hour after the attack.
There's the problem right there. It's a war. You don't give combatants access to your courts. You kill them on the spot, on the battlefield, with the same remorselessness they show you. Then you go hunt down their soul mates and give them the same treatment.
Much of what is wrong with the world today stems from the failure of government to effectively deal with those perpetually aggrieved individuals who have repeatedly demonstrated their willingness to resort to violence, often against the most helpless among us.
"Beat and murder every Jew or Christian who won't turn to Islam"
Courts too soft, which reminds Biden admin.
For us they will lie and claim something about so called “occupation”, among themselves jihadis tell they truth.
