House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith (D-WA) disparaged those calling for increased oversight over billions of U.S. taxpayer funds going to Ukraine as Russian propagandists during an event on Saturday.
Smith, whose committee is supposed to provide oversight over the Pentagon, said the idea that the aid is not being overseen properly “makes me a little crazy,” according to a writeup by Politico.

The Democrats continuing reason for all their failures ... Russia Russia Russia
I am so very tired of the Democrats screaming “Russia, Russia, Russia” every friggin time anyone questions something they are doing or saying! They are a bunch of broken record political hacks that have nothing, absolutely nothing to offer this country or we the people. You would think even the voters on the left would get tired of this same old, same old behavior of wash, rinse and repeat!
Here he is showing up in Kyve for his cut .....
Smith is also anti-Trump - Supports masks and Covid shots - Also one of the blame Russia for everything...including covid. He said so.
Both. They really are THAT stupid in believing WE are stupid.
Dunning Kruger effect across the media and establishment politicians.
Some here don’t like to hear this. Some call me a Putin fanboy.
But here’s the reality. Three people must be removed for globalist elites like Harari, Gates, and Soros to triumph: Bebe, Trump, and Putin. They failed to get rid of Bebe. They only temporarily got rid of Trump-—he’s coming back. And so far they’ve failed to defeat Pootie-poot.
Ukraine is not about “democracy” or “freedom.” It is about two things: money laundering for the elites of both parties, and removing Putin as an obstacle to globalism.

That’s like saying Biden is supposed to be a president.
I hope you're right, but these days I don't really trust anything Democrats are in charge of corrupting, and that includes our military.
You know, if you really think this through, in Ukraine we've learned a lot about how bad the Russians are, in everything from training to equipment.
And how valuable will that be to us in the future?
Minimal is my guess because, whatever else they are, Russians are far from stupid -- they are also learning tons & tons about us, our latest highest tech equipment and how good, or not so good, it really is.
Those are vastly more valuable lessons, for the Russians, than whatever we might learn watching Russian conscripts stumble & fall over each other.
So, the Russians could well gain much more, and we lose much more, in this war, than most people realize.
Or, hopefully, I'm wrong and our government is doing it's freaking job of protecting our national security secrets, technologies and capabilities.
I mean, didn't Bite Me just put Hunter in charge of Ukraine?
What could go wrong with that? ;-)
The Stripes magazine wrote that Ukraine is the only place where Russians feel forced to try their advanced EW equipment and for the rest of us it is the only place to get an idea of how it works. That knowledge is very valuable. The Stripes is usually pretty reliable.
It is also the only time we have seen the Russian military fighting a real conventional force after WW2. All the previous times they have been fighting unarmed civilians, lightly armed insurgents or tiny countries like Chechnya or the Republic of Georgia.
I guess they now know that their doctrine of a large quantity of low quality artillery is beaten by a smaller quantity of better artillery. That doesn’t mean they can do anything about it.
I think Russians are unable to build answers to M142/M270-s. Good thing these ended up being the winners. It wasn’t sure until it was tried.
He’s Russian mis-information./s
Oversight is always a good thing.
