Germany would be deindustrialized and turned into a hungry and impoverished Third World nation. But now, the Germans are doing the same thing on their own.

Thank you , the war cheerleaders need a taste of their actions, and as Germany IS being de- industrialized, keep in mind England and France are also on the same road.

Why is the West so intent on committing suicide? ….and the US I might add.

We will stop sending food to other countries because the fertilizer ban is coming here, bank on it.

I don't know what will happen - all I'm saying is that the article is lying -- "The Dutch aren’t ending fertilizer. They are limiting the spread of and location of spread of manure on farmlands.

That’s dumb what they are doing, but the article is outright lying

delta7 as Germany IS being de- industrialized, keep in mind England and France are also on the same road.

What rot are you talking again?

Germany's industry is not going away, leave alone deindustrialization

Neither is the French industrial product declining

The British industry declined before the Thatcherite era but has recovered

====

In contrast, your Russian industry has declined since the heydays of the Soviet union and it is right now heavily the industrial-military complex, which will decline as fewer countries will order Russian weapons after their bad showing in Ukraine

you do realize that the article is lying

1. “Germany ordering famers no fertilizer” — that’s a flat out lie. At worst this is “reducing nitrogen fertilizer”

2. “EU directive to end fertilizer “ —> there is no such EU directive. The EU is daft enough that you don’t need to lie about it

3. “ following the same path as the Netherlands.” —> the Netherlands hasn’t banned fertilizer.

I’d suggest you guys doubt what this Armstrong guy writes if he does not give any links to his statements.

you can easily google or look up the German, Dutch and EU regulations online to do your own research.

1. “Germany ordering famers no fertilizer” — that’s a flat out lie. At worst this is “reducing nitrogen fertilizer”

Nitrogen fertilizer (ammonia) is a very important fertilizer. Have you bothered to find out the mix of fertilizers used on German farms, or the farmers' own estimate of the impact to their yields?

2. “EU directive to end fertilizer “ —> there is no such EU directive. The EU is daft enough that you don’t need to lie about it

10 seconds Googling showed this: https://www.eurofins.com/agroscience-services/about-us/latest-news/changes-to-harmonize-eu-fertilizer-legislation-coming-into-force/

and

https://nutriman.net/EU-Fertiliser-Regulation

It doesn't end fertilizer, but wraps it up nicely in red tape.

3. “ following the same path as the Netherlands.” —> the Netherlands hasn’t banned fertilizer.

They're talking about closing farms directly in the Netherlands:

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/netherlands-to-close-up-to-3000-farms-to-comply-with-eu-rules/ar-AA14Eokt

which is closing the 3,000 farms to comply with EU Environmental rules.
