Boston’s bivalent booster rates are lagging, officials say, as COVID trends upward

Boston health officials said Friday the city’s COVID-19 updated booster rate is lagging as other virus indicators trend upwards with family and indoor gatherings for the winter holiday season around the corner.

As of Tuesday, particles of COVID-19 in local wastewater increased by 66% over the past week, and by 70% over the past two weeks, according to the Boston Public Health Commission. And as of Monday, COVID-19 cases have increased by 14% over the past two weeks while the city has seen a 24% increase in new virus-related hospitalizations as of Wednesday, officials said.

That comes as only 11% of residents have received the new omicron-specific, bivalent booster, according to the commission.

“Let’s prioritize staying healthy this holiday season,” Ojikutu said in a statement. “In addition to masking indoors, one of the easiest and most effective ways to do that is by getting a COVID-19 booster and an annual flu shot.”

The commission said the new booster provides “the broadest level of protection” against the virus, including the omicron variant, and recommends a bivalent booster if it has been at least two months since a person received their last vaccine dose.

The booster has been shown to be next to worthless (not to mention risky), and the minimal protection they claim it offers against hospitalization and death (and this is questionable itself) only lasts 2 months. Are these idiots really going to vaxx themselves every couple of months?

As soon as these ‘tards announced they would be monitoring wastewater for COVID, I knew what their game was.

It’s probably completely made up. They are probably using the PCR test on the water and when flu season or election season comes around they just crank up the cycles and turn the “pandemic” on again.

I know several acquaintances that have COVID right now. Every one of them have had 2 or more jabs. While none are hospitalized it is putting them down for more than a week. The boosters don’t seem to be doing jack.

No jabs for me. When I finally caught COVID early 2022 I was over it in a day and a half. Protocol of Ivermectin zinc, the vitamins and quercetin, etc. is very effective

My wife and I tested + for this Covid Variant, on: 11/29/22. We apparently got the virus on Thanksgiving Day at a relative’s home.

We are staying @/in our home in isolation for a few more days.

No other Treatment recommended/nor needed @ this time.

Treatment: Rest and monitoring temps and resp rates. All normal todate.

We received the 2 Pfizer Covid shots in Jan/Feb 2021, and we have received zero other Covid Injs.

I too, despite being in a high risk group, treated myself at home with ivermectin, doxycycline, and a large assortment of vitamins and herbs. I had 2-3 days of a bad headache, runny nose, and watery eyes, but no fever and no lung involvement even though it was the delta variant prevalent at the time. The only way I knew it was covid was because it set off the worse re-eruption of shingles I’ve ever had.

I don't know about Boston specifically, but in Massachusetts as a whole, Covid cases are about one-fifth of what they were in mid-May, lower than they were in the summer, and lower than a month ago.

Missing from your observation is a salient fact. Not a guess.

The mRNA injections are still in an official experimental period, and the contracts with the major companies supplying them have not allowed -- by contact with governments -- examination of the contents and quality assurance trials by any third parties. Therefore and with the notion of "experiment" and "control group" concepts in mind, you and I both have NO idea what are in the vials, whether there are equal ingredients in all, or placebos in some. Without that data, the assertion by some that there are "bad batches" remains unanswered.

Given that many who have had doses and boosters and still contracted Covid -- such as Fauci, as a name-worhty example -- and also had a rebound after a course of Paxlovid -- as Fauci again -- the notion that these are "safe and effective" and yet agencies like the DoD and LA County are still trying to mandate mask wearing, taken as data points together, suggests that the whole "event" is not as it seems.

So where are all the dead? One must wait to see.

Consider Rezulin (troglitazone) which was withdrawn more than three years after its introduction for causing lethal liver failure.

Lots of bug and little examples of drugs, authorized and then withdrawn and often then "repurposed" such as now-famous thalidomide.

So this is a wait and see game for everyone, from those who have participated in the mRNA experiment to those who have not. Where are the bodies is not as yet a fully pertinent question. Time will tell more.
