Conservative radio host Mark Levin went off on the “bonehead” Congressional Republicans threatening to derail Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s (R-CA) bid to be the next speaker of the House.
Levin used his show on Tuesday to talk about how the Republican Party’s slim majority in the House of Representatives may cause a struggle for McCarthy to get the votes he needs to succeed Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Hard-right members of the Congressional GOP have publicly opposed McCarthy’s bid for the speakership, so the House minority leader is currently trying to bring these factions in line and secure the 218 votes he needs.
Levin had no patience for this drama, lashing out at these “five boneheads in the House of Representatives.” He argued that these GOP rebels have no alternative nearly as electable as McCarthy, so they’re “playing right into the hands” of their political foes with this internal squabbling.
“How can they be so stupid?” Levin railed as he blasted these lawmakers for standing in the way of Republican efforts to smoothly implement their agenda. He then proceeded to name and shame these “five saboteurs,” starting with Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL).

“Always amused that people on FR don’t understand leverage and how/when to use it. Hint: once McCarthy is sworn in as Speaker, you don’t have leverage anymore.”
Also applies to pledging your vote to someone no matter what, two years in advance.
Nothing misleading about it! Fact. Levin did everything he could to stop Trump in 2016. Live with it.
Levin also endorsed Liz Cheney and bitched his head off at bloggers like me who supported Trump.
“Levin is wrong”
Remember, he opposed Trump in 2016.
Yeah, and Reagan and Trump were democrats. Levin has frequently repented and has referred to Trump as maybe the greatest president of his lifetime.
Did she sell out
Is she going to be allowed to make their heads explode or will she be told to sit in the corner
Time will tell
But going from one of the Oresidents biggest supporters to not being one. Hmmm

Have been listening to Mark Levin for the last hour or so. Am happy to report that our old friend Mark appears to no longer be a NeverTrumper. It appears that he now believes Trump is a lot more of a constitutional conservative than McCain or Romney (well, duh). It seems Mark's biggest disagreement with Trump now is on free trade. Laments that no one sides with Reagan's trade policies anymore. (Hmmmmm.... I don't recall Reagan being all that much of a “free trader,” thought he was very much for the working man, but that's just me). At any rate,...

WABC Radio 770 AM | 10/12/16 | Me, Myself, & I
After Yom Kippur ended tonight, I tuned into WABC 770 AM radio. The Mark Levin show was on, and I was shocked to hear him, this late in the game, take yet another swipe at Donald Trump. I do not look upon Trump as an ideal candidate by any means, but Hillary is the epitome of a long laundry list of EVIL and the third party candidates are a laughable bunch of buffoons with crazy lefty ideas, not even to be considered as a joke. At this point in time, one has to go with the candidate who is, at...

MARK LEVIN: I think this is a binary election — at least for the country — that either Trump or Clinton will be president of the United States. I happen to think despite the CNN poll and so forth there is a lot of work to do to make up ground, particularly in battleground states. But Hillary is so awful I just don't know. I'm not in the prediction business so it doesn't matter.

After once declaring he could never support Donald Trump as the Republican nominee, Mark Levin changed his mind with a big announcement on his radio program Tuesday. “I'm gonna vote for Donald Trump. I'm gonna wind up voting for Donald Trump on Election Day,” the talk radio host said after reiterating his perspective that Texas Sen. Ted Cruz was a far better choice for conservatives. “I take no responsibility for the dumb things he says or the dumb things his surrogates say,” he added of the GOP nominee and his campaign. Levin’s endorsement comes five months after unequivocally stating, “I...

Conservative Review ^ | September 6, 2016 | Phil Shiver
Mark Levin made the big announcement Tuesday night on his radio show after methodically walking listeners through his rationale. (snip) It wasn't all bad for Trump, however, as Levin later spoke positively about his tax plan, his positions on immigration, law enforcement, and foreign policy. Levin did offer a common and recurring disclaimer: Trump is NOT reliable. But then … the announcement. Listen here: (audio at link) Before getting to Trump, Levin had plenty to say about Hillary Clinton. In short – she is far too dangerously liberal to allow anywhere near the Oval Office.

Okay, I hadn't listened to Levin in weeks, can't stand him now, but had to run some errands and took my sons car as I have the top and doors off my Jeep and it was raining. He doesn't have my stations tuned in. So I hit the AM station and Levin was on, here's my synopsis. He first gave the “insurmountable” path Trump has to the white house and that he almost assuredly, barring a miracle, cannot win the White House. After the long diatribe just before the break he says “We nominated the wrong candidate”. Back from break...

The real bone head is Levin. I have had no use for the guy. This is not the first time he has shown his true colors.
Where she represents, it’s kind of a no brained. That place is about as red as a place can get.
Levin continued to oppose Trump for months after he was elected, which was a major reason that I stopped listening to him.
It requires a majority of House members to elect a Speaker. When they vote it doesn’t matter what Party they are in. What matters is who they vote for. So, if a small group of Republicans decide to go for someone else that the Democrats will support then that person will become the Speaker. So, most likely it’ll be Hakeem Jefferies who becomes Speaker if Gaetz/McCartby don’t come to a meeting of the minds.
Tbe Constitution of the USA was built upon a foundation of the principle of Compromise. That’s what will be needed. If the Republicans don’t figure this out then yes Jefferies will be Speaker, the Dems will run all the committees, and Biden/Harris will pursue their agenda/re-election to establish the Democrats as the permanent ruling party in America.
He used to post here until he couldn’t defend his idiotic ideas under challenge.
Levin is basically another Hannity....a shill for the RINOs pretending not to be.
I agree. What agenda do the RINOs have? Tax cuts for rich folks, raising the age of SS, and sending Ukraine big bucks to fund Biden’s WEF war and any other wars they have in mind?
A bunch of useless hearings into corrupt RATs that will go nowhere and then be forgotten won’t do it.
Mark is a has been and a FOX News sellout.
Why should I care? Not going back to the RINO neocon agenda. I will not participate in elections.
I hear what youre saying. Unlikely she’ll ever be primaried.
Exactly right, so full of himself, he was a leader of the never trump gang and then came around. He should consider his concernment before going off on other conservatives
Yeah just shut up ya dope. /sarc, just posting in the Mark Levin style.
Levin has always been more national review than not
He viciously opposed Trump till his audience rebelled or left
Plus he Aligns with the goldbergs who equate my ancestors as Nazis
And he sees an anti Semite under every rock that opposes him
I’ll pass
More and more I think Levin is just another Conservative Inc. shill. The GOP thinks that doing the same thing they done in 2010, 2012, 2014 is the way to go with their leadership. Who knew that Levin thought there were Republicans in the House who were far right and needed to be reined in by the country club circuit. I hope the Far Right members hold the line and royally screw up the establishment agenda because we are getting liberal agenda regardless of whose speaker.
At this point McCarthy or another leftist as speaker is coming and the House isn’t going to do a thing except give Biden victory after victory.
Let’s get back to how we arrived at 1.89 a gallon gas. COViD. Lock downs. Restricted travel. People living in fear. Yep, let’s go back to 1.89 gas.
