They will get the funding from the taxpayers across the USA; as the governments (none of them) have ANY money, except that which is appropriated from Taxpayers, for re-distribution.

Are they subtracting from the "amount" the EBT's, Food Stamps, Section 8 subsidies, heating subsidies, etc., which has been handed out for the inner-city tribal parasites for the past 60+ years?
