Do they have to descend from slaves who lived in California when enslaved?
Do they have to have been American slaves, or will any slave in the ancestry suffice?
Is having black African ancestry presumptive proof of an enslaved ancestor?
Is this a one time deal, or will descendants who have not yet been born be eligible? Will this continue in perpetuity?
Somebody is going to realize, at some point, that the only final resolution to this problem is to have no one around to ask for reparations.
I am not advocating this solution, but once it starts, it will snowball and be very, very ugly.
Do these pushing for reparations not understand that the people they wish to fleece are heavily armed?
