I guess what you believe depends on weighing the government’s malignancy against its incompetence. Tough call.

Gruesome Newsome says Cauliphonya has more money than you can shake a stick at. I hope the gun owners clean up on this. Newsome could use a good swift boot in the ass.

Well then, if leaking all gun owner's info. out to the public was an "oopsie!" then so are all the accidental shootings that occur when some anti-gun freak knocks on someone's door and makes a scene.
Oopsie!!!

Like any law firm being hired by the government would dare to point the finger at the government.

I guess what you believe depends on weighing the government’s malignancy against its incompetence. Tough call. Not a tough call at all: never attribute to incompetence that which can be attributed to malevolence.
This was done on purpose, to make all gun owners nervous.
This shit needs to backfire bigly.
Everytime the gun grabbers start up their bullshit or any President starts talking about taking away "assault rifles", high capacity magazines or whatever, I run right out with whatever I can spend and buy more.

Well it wasn’t a data breach. The CA Dept. of Justice posted the data on the Dept. website. Nobody had to ‘breach’ the website. The data was publicly available, anyone who wanted to look or download could do so.

“The investigation, conducted by an outside law firm hired by the California Department of Justice”Let me guess, Perkins Coie?
To: gundog
My guess is intentional and not incompetence. The red flag is that the “accidental” leaks never benefit the people, only the ruling entity.
