I think under the RLA, union members can still strike even if Congress does something. Enforcement will be a bitch. It would be a shame if Enforcers were severely damaged.
Not sure how steadfast railroad union members are. Doubt they roll over, but they may bend over for Joey.
I'm sure the DOJ head will have no problems sending his goons to crack the heads of those strikers.
