As it stands, if Cochise doesn’t certify their votes, two races will flip from their Republican winners to the Democratic opponent, including a House seat. That is nonsense meant to frighten people. I do not believe constitutional law allows people to be disenfranchised. One way or the other, the election cannot be finalized unless the votes of all the voters are counted.
Where do you come up with this "lose a house seat" crap?

It is my opinion that the state of Arizona cannot simply ignore the votes for Cochise county. As an expert in law, i'm asking you to opine on the topic.
