New Twitter CEO Elon Musk revealed that Apple threatened to suspend Twitter from its app store, ‘but won’t tell us why.’
Apple suspended most of its advertising on Twitter, according to the blue bird app’s new CEO Elon Musk on Monday. Now, Twitter’s chief is asking questions about Apple’s censorship practices to his more than 119 million followers.
“Apple has mostly stopped advertising on Twitter,” Must wrote. “Do they hate free speech in America?”
LBRY, a publisher that describes itself as the “bitcoin” of publishing, outlined the company’s own experience with Apple censorship in a response to Musk’s post.
“During Covid, Apple demanded our apps filter some search terms from being returned,” the company wrote back. “If we did not filter the terms, our apps would not be allowed in the store.”

Musk did not ban Jones.

He won’t reinstate him. Blame him for that.

The obvious answer is to require these social media and telephone platforms to register/identify as utility companies, which by law aren’t allowed to discriminate.
This is what Trump should have spent his time/money on implementing, instead of building his new competitor in the existing market environment, as he is now just as likely (if not more likely) than Twitter to face app banishment.

If Alex Jones is the worst that he does, then he’s doing PRETTY DAMN GOOD, when one considers the following:
1. Election Fraud / Veritas
2. Vaccines/Lockdowns/Masks/Ivermectin
3. Ukraine
4. Hunter Biden
Never mind twitter. Apple is actively helping to snuff out the Chinese uprising. I will be among the millions who buy a Musk Tesla phone.

She appears to be against everything he stands for.

If Jones is your standard for something, then you have really low standards...even he admitted he was way out of line. The huge payments they want him to make are a travesty but not having a platform readily available is not a huge problem.
It doesn’t matter to me about Musk. It matters what Jones did to those parents of the children that were murdered. Calling them crisis actors people acting as victims of a tragic event to sway public opinion when their little ones lay dead and gone forever.
